Is the concept of brand loyalty too elusive for a company's board these days? What exactly will redesigning a well-established product save you, pennies? Wow. How cheap can you get? One of the “World's Most Reputable Companies," my foot. You might as well go ahead and rebrand it, as this has now become a subpar version of what used to be a reliable product. It absorbs nothing. Liquids spill in every direction. Will you be footing the dry-cleaning bill too? I highly doubt it. After 25 years of consistent purchases, give or take, I guess we’ll have to part ways. Capable of lasting
