    Good but which is the front?

    I think these are great! I used to sleep with a towel under me just in case. I did the first couple nights with these as well just in case. No leaks! However, I can't easily tell front from the back. If one way feels uncomfortable, and I turn them around, they still don't feel quite right.

    They are amazing!! An absolute, heaven send!!

    Where have these been all my days since starting my menstrual cycle? Well, never mind that, they are here now and I couldn't be happier. They are made for overnight but I will wear them all day. They don't leak or bunch, and they absorb so well and they block any and all blood odor. I love them!!

    Good product, terrible smell!

    I have been an Always customer since I started my cycle at age 11. The quality and sizes are just better than everyone else. I loved the new Infinity Flexfoam pads as they absorb quicker for less accidents during my heavy first 3 days. I was hesitant to try the underwear thinking they would be uncomfortable. I have been using them 3 months now for bedtime and they are better than wearing a pad as they have more all around coverage. HOWEVER, I agree with many other reviews in that the scent is TERRIBLE! I am very sensitive to fragrances & can smell these any time i have them on & hate the smell on my hands if I touch or adjust them. I was surprised you dont offer an unscented option like the other products you make. Also agree that it is hard to tell the front from the back & the coverage in the back isnt enough. Sounds like lots of us are asking for the same few things: Unscented!!!! More easily identified front & back And more coverage on the back side. ¡Gracias!

    Run do not buyv

    This is awful. It has strange odor or maybe it's the fragrance or odor control stuff they use. It smells awful and the size is tricky. Why in the world would someone make a black color disposable underwear. I want to see if I have a leak

    Leak Proof and Discreet!

    Comfortable, can't be seen through clothes, I first used them for postpartum bleeding and liked them so much I now use them at night when I'm on my period. The fit is good, personally I like to size up to be more comfortable. I have never leaked through them.

    A must have

    These are the best in my opinion. I don't have to worry about messing up my pajama bottoms or bedding. They are just like regular underwear but able to absorb your period. I get a medium and they aren't tight or uncomfortable.

    Just get them

    My teen daughters use these faithfully every month, especially on their heaviest days. This avoids those nightly leaks we all wake up. They fit as intended like regular underwear, hold no smells and overall work great!
