    No leakage and you can wear them all day and night

    These disposable period underwear are the real deal! The fit and the comfort is everything I need and want especially for that time of the month. In all of the years I've used these underwear I've never had any leakage!

    I no longer wear pads

    I've always been too uncomfortable in pads, the shifting the leaking just overall hate them. I also just can't do tampons I hate those even more. That being said lol I shamelessly wear always zzz day and night, the best product I've ever came across. I add a few extra roll of tissue in the padded area and I put my panties on over it. They're not obvious under jeans and dress etc. LOVE IT!!!

    I like if ut didnt leak n mess up my clothes

    I think they need to be made heavier they leaked on my clothes

    Pretty good

    They are okay, they fit correctly but it feels a bit too bulky the only reason why I wasn’t too comfortable but was breathable and didn’t make me sweaty. and didn’t have leaks and it absorbed nicely.

    Glamorous? No. Necessary? Absolutely.

    I've been using Always Zzz Overnight Period Underwear for years and could never go back to pads. Yes, they look like black adult diapers and my husband gets a kick out of hearing me walk around in them, but I don't care. My period has gotten heavier and I don't feel comfortable wearing tampons at night. Pads just don't hold up those first two days. These keep me leak free and comfortable so I can actually sleep. I'm a size 8 in jeans and the Large fits best since the smaller size feels tight around the thighs. They're soft, absorbent, and a total must have for heavy flow nights.

    Good but which is the front?

    I think these are great! I used to sleep with a towel under me just in case. I did the first couple nights with these as well just in case. No leaks! However, I can't easily tell front from the back. If one way feels uncomfortable, and I turn them around, they still don't feel quite right.
