    Great lotion / terrible bottle

I love this product! HOWEVER the packaging is awful. The pump bottle does not work well. If this was in a squeeze tube or a jar like the night cream - that would put it to 5 stars!! Otherwise I love that lotion it feels great on my skin.

    This product is amazing.

Amazing product! This has helped keep my face moisturized and protected. Blends in with my skin and doesn’t feel too greasy or heavy either! Would definitely recommend to people with dry skin.

    Changed Formula

I can only assume this product went through a formula change as it no longer works the way it used to when nothing in my routine has changed. I've had to switch over to the ultra-light version of this moisturizer as this product no longer blends in and pills. It sucks cause I have to use much more product now to achieve the same results this one used to. I wouldn't recommend getting this moisturizer to anyone considering it and I hope they decide to move back to the previous formula soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback on our AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30. We are sorry to hear that you experienced pilling when using this product. This can occur when skincare products are layered too soon and insufficient time has passed for the layers to absorb, too much product has been applied, or two or more products are incompatible, causing them to lift on themselves. To reduce the likelihood of pilling, may we suggest giving any serums a few minutes to absorb as well as applying a small amount of product, approximately the size of dosage. We hope these tips help you make the most of your purchase and you keep trying our products in the future!
    Regards,
    BEC

    Don’t Waste Your Money

This stuff is terrible!! I rubbed a little on my face and neck and it left white little blobs all over! Even got it in my hair. I had to go shower. This is a worthless product. Gross!

    Protect your skin

This product is very good, is rapidly absorbed, protects you against the sun, leaves no traces of product on your skin, the best thing is that it keeps your skin hydrated.

    SO disappointed

I am SO disappointed. This lotion does not absorb into my skin but pills and remains as white spots all over my face. I bought a double pack and now have to toss them both

Hello Mesc! We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment and the difficulty you experienced with the application of our AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, as we want every part of your morning routine to be effortless and effective. The pilling or white spots you noted can often occur when the formula's protective UV filters and MVE technology interact with other products already on your skin, or even with the natural moisture level of your complexion. This can create a barrier that prevents the moisturizer from bonding smoothly with the skin's surface. A helpful tip to achieve a more seamless finish is to use a smaller, pea-sized amount and to apply it using a gentle patting motion rather than a rubbing technique, which helps the product set more evenly. Additionally, ensuring your skin is thoroughly cleansed and completely dry before application will allow the formula to integrate more effectively, providing you with the essential ceramide replenishment and SPF 30 protection you expect without any residue or pilling.

    Not good. Pills very bad.

I love CeraVe but this sunscreen is a miss. I’ve tried so hard to like this sunscreen, but it’s just awful. It could work if you never wear any makeup or serums, but if you use anything underneath it pills SO bad. I tried it again recently and it was pilling so bad that I couldn’t even rub it into my skin— it would just pill more and more and I ended up with all these white sunscreen flakes all over my face. Definitely don’t buy this.
