The concept here is good with an inside and an outside seal at the top, but execution is poor neither of the ties sealing the top work effectively, largely because the bunching material provides openings for water, even if pulled tight. I used to cover a short leg cast for several days in a row and meticulously followed the instructions pulling the ties tight, but there was always a fair amount of moisture inside when I was done. On the third day there was a major leak. A much better and less expensive product is the cast protector with the rubber entry at the top. Consider even using two of these for a double layer at the top. Don’t buy for your hand or arm.
Bought this to cover a wrist cast. It's more suited for a leg-hip. Very big and would have been extremely awkward with so much excess unused space. It should not be sold as multi-use. Not watertight
Tried for the first time today followed the instructions even watched a video online. Seemed easy enough. I put it on fist problem the plastic clip would not Stay connected. Fácil de usar.
I broke my ankle on Tuesday and have been able to shower 4 times since with this cast cover. It's easy and does exactly as described. The material is strong, I feel as the people who have broken theirs is more of a user error rather than the product its self. This has helped me tremendously.7 users found this review helpful.
