    Standard melatonin

    I normally take 5mg of melatonin every night, but I did not notice much of a difference with this dose. I maybe fell asleep a little more quickly, but I personally didn't think that this formulation helped me to stay asleep, as I did wake up multiple times during the night. I would say that this is a pretty standard melatonin supplement.

    Wake Up Feeling Rested and Refreshed

    Normally, I have no problem falling asleep at night. My issue is staying asleep. I typically wake up multiple times each night and have trouble falling back to sleep. I don't really like to take medications, but the all natural ingredients of the CVS Bi-Layer Melatonin Tabs convinced me. I am so glad I tried them! I fell asleep quickly (as always) and slept soundly ALL night! I awoke feeling rested and refreshed. I would recommend for everyone with trouble sleeping.

    It works !!

    I tried it and it really works! I am picky with melatonin because nothing works for me or my body gets used to it and it won't work anymore. I didn't have any side effects. It's a good price for how many tablets you get.

    Fantastic night sleep

    These work fantastic for me. I take them about 30 minutes before bed and I usually fall asleep quickly. No drowsiness or fog head in the morning that you usually get with sleeping pills. I like the fact that they also contain calcium.

    These are helpful if you can’t sleep or stay aslee

    These are nice! They are helpful, and I do like the dual purpose, they help you fall asleep and stay asleep! And it does work. They have a berry medicine taste, not terrible but it's still medicine.

    Helps me sleep better

    These melatonin tablets really help me chill and fall asleep quicker. I don't wake up in the middle of the night like before. The dual-release thing actually works, and I feel way more rested in the morning. The pill's smooth and easy to take, no weird taste. The box is simple, nothing fancy but easy to open. For 60 tablets, the price is good. I've tried other brands and this one feels like it actually does the job better.
