    A great natural sleep aid!

    Melatonin is the best. The 12 mg is just the right amount for me, and does not leave me groggy in the morning!

    Lets You Sleep!

    This Melatonin does its job, but you'd better have time to sleep in the morning! Helps with traveling to get a better night's sleep.

    One sheep, two sheep

    I can fall asleep easily, but don't stay asleep. This helps, but note that 12 mg is a lot! I usually halve these, still giving me what I want from melatonin, but not feeling sleepy the next morning.
