    Great for restful and relaxing sleep

    These tablets help me fall asleep fast and stay asleep longer, thanks to the dual-release formula. The taste is okay. I sometimes wake up groggy, and the vivid dreams can be intense. It's strong, so if you're new to melatonin, start with a lower dose. Great value for the price!

    Very Potent

    I take melatonin all the time since I have so much trouble sleeping and most of it is because I'm constantly on my phone scrolling Tik Tok. So having some melatonin helps me to wind down and tell my body and brain that it's time to sleep. However, I usually just take 5 mg and for really restless nights, I'll double it and take 10 mg. This is the first time I'm taking / trying 12 mg and it's indeed very potent. Knocks me out easily and keeps me asleep throughout the night. But like all melatonin pills for me, I feel like I still have very vivid and crazy dreams after taking it. This is easy to take and I like to take it with water 30 minutes before bed so that it can kick in.

    Works well

    These melatonin gummies not only work great but also taste good. Perfect value for their price point. I will repurchase this brand. I would recommend!

    Good but hard to find

    I spent 15 minutes looking for Melatonin without flavoring. It was basically impossible to find because 1) Products were completely obscured by "By one get one free" labels. For heavens sake, rip those thousand or so tags off and replace them with a sign at the head of the aisle, "all items on Aisle 8 are buy one get one free." 2) Vitamins and supplements are sorted by manufacturer not product. For Melatonin, that means it is in about 6 different places, and not all on the same shelf. While this may be nice for stockers, it certainly doesn't help customers who could care less who made it. Put all brands of Melatonin gummies together next to the Melatonin pills flavored, next to the Melatonin pills unflavored.

    Helps me fall asleep; stay asleep awhile

    I sleep deeply for a few hours with this product. Sometimes I sleep until the alarms goes off and sometimes I awake an hour before. I'm grateful for the restful sleep it provides. I usually awake quickly and ready for the day.

    Best product on the market.

    Having tried several brands & dosages, this combination tablet actually does what it should! It's gentle, reliable & effective. Being a hormone, folks need to know that they're not taking narcotics, sedatives, or sleeping products like Ambien. You will not lose consciousness or "pass out" as some melatonin products imply: follow the label. See you in the morning!

    Seems to work as advertised

    I have been using melatonin for years. This product seems superior to others. I even tried Relaxium and I think this works better.
