    Easy way to up your calcium intake

    I am supposed to take supplementary calcium once or twice a day beyond my daily morning vitamin, which has some calcium. I chew two of these once a day as one of my supplements. THey taste good and do the job. THey are definitely not the most economical form of calcium but they are tasty and easy and I don't hesitate to take them when I spot the bottle during the day.

    Better than the giant pill

    Tastes good. Gummy is much nicer to take than the giant calcium pills.
