I received this free. I have used it a couple a times. The thermometer seams to take accurate temperature. Feels well made doesn't just when it's in your ear. Okay..
I work at a daycare so I knew that would be the perfect place to test this out. I compared it to a more expensive ear thermometer. I found that it read 1-3 degrees different than the more expensive one. I love it!!
This product came to my hands at the right time. My son is 5 years old and it seems incredible that 5 days after receiving it he had a fever and with this thermometer I could know the temperature without as much problem - and risks - as you can normally have with mercury thermometers. I love that it is very easy to use and the information it provides is very accurate. Although I know what is ideal in young children or newborns, I can attest that in 5-year-old children it also works very well. Very convenient
This thermometer is very convenient. I have a toddler who goes to day care and this is my go to if I feel like he is running a fever. Accurate, convenient, and easy to use!
This ear thermometer is super convenient. I can get a quick and accurate reading without taking invasive measures. I like how it's contoured to fit in the palm of my hand. It's also slightly angled, which makes it easy to place inside the ear when getting a reading. It's comfortable and quickly yields results. This thermometer will provide an accurate reading within 2 seconds. It's quite impressive, to be honest. I appreciate its ease of use, plus it features an LCD screen for viewing specific stats and modes. In alignment with the LCD screen, there is a built-in feature called "fever signal. What it does is change the backlight color based on the reading. For example: Green means a normal temp, while yellow serves as a warning and means a slight to high fever, and red means a high fever. It's especially great for those uncertain about what classifies as a fever. It also can store up to 50 temp readings and can be switched from Fahrenheit to Celcius if needed. When I'm done using it, I usually clean it with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe to avoid bacteria. The snap-on cap helps keep it germ-free, too. Wish I had one sooner!
Thermometer works great. Seems to be accurate. I like that it'll record multiple temperatures being taken so you have track the progress of the sickness. Easy and accurate
This is a nice thermometer, easy to use and the two second reading makes it nice for young children. I like that the probe is cleanable with rubbing alcohol, because some of the other brands require you to purchase covers in order to even use them which is an additional ongoing expense.
