Bulky and sweat
I found this to be more of a waist sweating belt. I did not feel in stability with this. I strengthen my core muscles which helps naturally maintain a healthy spine. However, if you prefer to put a bandaid on a gushing wound, this works. Just don't become reliant on it because it is bulky and will make you appear heavier.

Back brace
This back brace, with stabilizers, is great! I have multiple back issues and this brace was awesome. It has Velcro that doubles for support, which keeps the brace from riding up or down and makes it stay in place. That's an issue I've had with other braces is it won't stay in place

Makes walking comfortable.
I don't know how this works so effectively but when I walk daily, anywhere at any time, I have the worst back pain. After receiving this and having never used a back support in the past, I'm realizing I'm late to the game. I didn't realize how effective something like this could be! It actually takes away from the back pain in a noticeable way! Doesn't remove it completely but it does help! I will say that it doesn't breathe very much though, it is super hot to wear!

Great relief
I got this back brace because I have had some pain in my lower back. I set at a desk most of my work day and I have found this back brace to be very comfortable to wear through out my work day. This brace has help me set better as well.
