I feel more energized when I take these vitamins
I am 87 years old, and needless to say, I do not have the same energy as I used to have at age 45. Although I've been healthy most of my life, I started taking men's multivitamin supplements when I felt like I was slowing down. I know that these vitamins are having an impact on me because I can feel the difference when I don't take them. I have far more get up and go with them than without them.
