    So comfortable!

    Ive used the diva cup and another brand disc but the flex disc is by far the most comfortable! Less cramps ✅ more confidence ✅ better protection against leaks ✅ Best choice by far!

    Amazing!!

    I never leave reviews, but I was so hesitant to try this product but I love it! It's so easy to use and not messy. You can't feel it while using it and it has no leaks! I will continue to use this product.

    Where’s my disposal bag?

    So I love flex discs. I've been using them for years now. Semi recently they took the disposal bags out of the box. I get the monthly subscription and they used to be included now there's just nothing. I haven't seen them on the website for purchase either so how are you expecting us to throw these out??? Please bring them back.

    Best discovery ever

    I got the reusable disc, love love love !! Get it, you will absolutely be grateful that you did. It took me a few cycles to learn but now that I have learned how to use it there is no turning back. Once the disc is in you don't feel it at all. I have less cramps, I can workout, I don't have to worry about any irritation or dryness or discomfort for 12 hours! I'd say a tip is to be relaxed during the removal process, take a deep breath and it will become seamless process.

    LOVE LOVE IT

    As a women with PCOS I am no stranger to heavy periods. With pads and tampons I was constantly worried about leakage, which happened often with those products, I saw these in store and decided to try them I will admit at first it was a little intimidating to use, but I am so glad I did. It is the most comfortable product I have every tried, unless I am changing it out I really do not even notice it is there. I also can say the only time it has leaked is when I did not push it back into place. I LOVE this product and have put most of my friends on it as well.

    Much better than tampons

    I have always used tampons since I started my period but recently started looking into other options because my flow is so heavy and I was bleeding through super tampons every 30 minutes to an hour. I was annoyed with feeling uncomfortable after putting a tampon in. I would stay home during my period because I knew I would bleed through the clothes I went out in. I researched and came across the flex cups and decided to try them out. So far, I love them. I like that it is self emptying once you sit on a toilet and I am completely unable to feel it once inserted. It somehow weirdly helps with my cramps and I don't even feel like I'm on my period when I'm wearing it. I am still newish so I am seeing what works best for me and do have bleed throughs rarely. The only downside for me is removing it. I haven't found a way to have a non messy removal. It tends to get on my fingers and hand during the removal process.

    Absolutely not

    I tried this product with no prior experience (besides tampons) and it was a horrible mess. I followed the instructions from a step by step video and I still somehow leaked everywhere. It was so embarrassing and will go back to tampons

    No exaggeration- it’s life changing!!!!

    I was so hesitant to try anything more than a tampon at first. My friend raved about her silicone disc so I thought I'd give the reusable ones a try as my test run for discs. The first disc in I was SOLD. I'm not sure why but tampons always gave me the worst irritation and cramps, but a few hours into using my disc I had such a non-noticeable period! I couldn't feel the disc, there was no leaks, and I have such peace of mind, knowing that I am not at risk for TSS using Flex's products. As an athlete as well, this has worked wonders and so beyond more reliable for those intense workouts and long days of travel and competing. Truly, thank you Flex
