Absolutely love liquid IV!

Does the job, despite the taste
I work outdoors for three hours, year round; in the summer I really need hydration. My doctor recommended this and it keeps me from feeling lightheaded working out in the heat. It also gives me a little energy boost, but the taste isn't great. The lemon-lime is marginally better than the berry (cherry?) flavor. I haven't tried the others. I consider it medicine, not a beverage.3 users found this review helpful.
