Great for hydration

Giving me my life back
I know that sounds overly dramatic, but I truly mean that. The watermelon packets taste great, are convenient and help me stay better hydrated. I've tried everything, but nothing has helped as much as this product. I have a hard time staying hydrated and these are allowing me to live life instead of being home sick so much. Dehydration really increases my nausea and makes it very hard to eat. Watch the salt content, but I'd rather monitor the salt in these than the sugar content in sports drinks that don't work half as well.1 users found this review helpful.
