I've been buying the melatonin fast dissolve 10 mg quick dissolve strawberry flavor for many years now. I don't know if they changed the ingredients but the last two I bought I had to throw away. The first time I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another bottle. They are disgusting, it's like they forgot to put the flavor in. Worse experience with melatonin
I purchased this brand because it suppose to be more natural than others. I hate. Everytime I have taken it it feels like I’m hallucinating. Which gives me anxiety while I’m sleeping and when I wake up. One of there side effects is vivid dreams. Oh boy are they vivid. I absolutely do not recommended this product. Not working...has added sugars
I have used a different brand with dissolvable tablets that is much better. These gunmies have an ok taste and were soft, but there shouldn't be a need to add sugar. These, like many gummies, aren't consistently dosed and they didn't work for me. Horrible headaches
I bought this a few days ago took a gummy. It didn’t do anything for me. It took a second one. I felt a little tired, but I developed a horrible migraine. Seems not to work
A friend gave me the natroll 5mg gummies . I tried it and it worked like magic . I then decided to buy the 10mg myself online from a company called sleepaids. This did nothing for me even with blackout curtains and when I even take 2 gummies making 29mg still nothing at all. Hence am angry . Although melatonin is safe in doses up to 10mg per day, more is not necessarily better. Starting with a smaller dose will allow you to see how your body reacts and gauge if your body needs more or less melatonin. You can gradually increase or decrease your dosage until you find the right amount, but do not exceed 10mg, the maximum recommended dosage.
