    Not for me

    These gummies don't make me fall asleep faster nor does it make me stay asleep longer. I've tried these more than once so far and the same result. It was a waste of my money.

    Effective and Delicious

    These melatonin gummies are effective. I added them to my sleep stack when it started to lose effectiveness. Also, they freakin' delicious. I want to have more than two, but I really can't. I wish Natrol made a candy version of these to enjoy/indulge.

    10 mg gummy melatonin

    My son uses this product to help with getting to sleep at night. 10 mg is the recommended maximum dosage for people. It is convenient to be able to get this dosage as a berry flavored gummy.

    Best Sleep Aid

    Nareol melatonin is the best OTC sleep I've used. Natrol is reasonably priced and it works, very well I might add,
