It was so hard to be good to stick to my 3 a day ha-ha because I wanted to just eat them all they were that good. The gummy is a perfect texture, and the lemon raspberry flavor is to die for. I enjoyed taking these supplements daily. Serving size is 3 a day so it lasted me a full month. They are gluten free, vegan, yeast free, milk free, non-gmo, lactose free, soy free and no artificial flavors. So had no issue putting these magnesium gummies by Nature's Truth in my body. Love the flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy taking gummy vitamins over pill form because I find gummies are more fun and tolerable so I'm more consistent with taking them. So far I have enjoyed these magnesium gummies.They have a flavorful lemon-raspberry taste with 6 grams of carbs and 4 grams of sugar per serving.
