    Toxic levels of B6

    I have been taking your product for years and recently had a blood test that indicated a high level of B6. The amount of B6 in your 50+ is 20mg which is at the bottom end of the toxicity level. As a baseline 1.5mg is a recommended dose. Question: how do you justify the very high dosage of B6 in a broad spectrum vitamin? Knowing that elevated levels of B6 contributes to nerve damage and neuropathy. I do hope you will respond to this post. Thank you R.A.

    no change yet

    been taking one, every day, six days a week, three weeks into it - and haven't noticed a change. In fact, I currently am off work due to a head cold, so I don't plan to continue with this product.
