Tasty and soft

I have only taken them two days so I can't say any noticeable benefits yet. Yummy and not sticky

They are loose and not sticky which is great. I like that this is enough for a month supply in one bottle so I know I will only need one bottle a month. Nature's Way is the Way for Bettering YOU

I do not vaccinate or get any government shots I try to do all natural immune remedies.
