[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy these are to take. I can take them, and almost anyone can too, unless they have severe and unusual allergies. That said, I wish that perhaps a sugar-free option was available. I have had recent problems with sugar and am a stevia girl. Since there isn't a sugar free option and I am not allergic to sugar, I will still take these. I think we all need a boost for our immune system. They are chewy without being sticky, and have a sweet flavor, but not cloyingly so. I did not notice any boost of energy, but I didn't get sick over the holiday gatherings that we went to, so perhaps my immune system benefited.
