I tried thod back Brace out snd have to say it was perfect. It relieved alot of pressure and strain and has.my back feeling amazing again. Supportive!

You can wear it while exercising without it causing discomfort or restriction. Good support while running and I have had a history of back problems from running long distances. Helpful back brace

I have had alot of issues with my lower back for many year so when I wake up in the morning I'm usually in pain and it makes it difficult to get housework done. Sometimes sitting in certain positions even hurt my back. This back brace definitely helps me! It gives me the support I need in order to do stuff that normally hurts. The back brace is very easy to use and even has an adjustable lumbar support. Very Comfortable
