I bought this Omron 7450 after researching the brand and model. I paid $105 thinking I will get the best. Unfortunately it wasn't. First off, The cuff is the stiff plastic type which is bulky for taking around. Second problem was the instruction book which is not at all clear; omitting steps and assuming the user is an IT ace. The categories of the instruction are full of health advice but lack logical sequence of operations. The biggest defect was when it came to paring with my Iphone 6 which is accepted by the manufacturer as compatible. Well, you get to a point where the pairing doesnt happen and it keeps asking you to identify whether you are user 1 or user 2. You confirm but it stops there and it repeats the question everytime you confirm. As a 71 yr old, good at these things, I gave up and called my physician son who tried hard but got stuck where I did. So at this point I called CVS central 800 number at 9:45 pm on 8Feb2022 and Jill was kind enough to guide me to the way to return this item. Jill was so kind and understanding and understood the frustration. Omron: It is a shame to put out such a product. CVS: thank you for having a customer service person like Jill. She was perfect. First thing I did today was go to my CVS and return it and have it refunded but losing my 40% coupon that I used in the purchase. I have a thought that this item could have been a resell of a returned item because the packaging felt like it was no the 'intact' type.Hace 3 añosWe are very sorry to hear about your experience with your OMRON blood pressure monitor.
