- Lori wCompra verificadaReviewed 1 year agoReply from Culligan1 year agoThank you for contacting ZeroWater. Filter life is based on the quality of the water being filtered. The lower the TDS (total dissolved solids) reading the longer the filter life and vice versa. The national average for TDS is 200 parts per million, which equates to an average filter life of 20 gallons.Saludos,ZeroWater Team0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan

forever filter
I recently moved and found that the water in the new house did not agree with one of my dogs - as that was the only thing different; he had no issues in the other home. At first, I thought it was stress, but weeks went by with no changes. So I decided to tackle the only variable: the water. I have occasionally purchased water filters in the past and did not find them to be very effective. Numerous water tests indicated there was no effect. I even tested the filtered water against a fish tank that I was testing for leaks (nothing in it, but just weeks of standing water - so maybe a few flies :-) and the tests showed that that filtered water had more solids than the standing water! Anyway, I really wanted a filter that did the job, so I researched and researched. The opinions and test results of many filter systems were all over the place. Finally, Zero Water was the only one that consistently came out on top from independent testing. It seemed pricey since it appeared that the filter did not last too long, compared to others - but since the others didn't seem to be very effective, I thought it was worth taking a chance. I am glad I did - it did take a few more weeks, but my dog is finally 'solid' again. :-) The water has no odor or taste. Yes, I do have to replace it every month, but the peace of mind that my water (which is a community well: well water that is tested and chlorined) for my dogs is good, is worth it - on so many levels! I did compare the TDS meter that was supplied by ZeroWater with one that I had, and the results were spot on: out of the tap - 130; after ZeroWater filtered - 0; approximately one month in, it starts to climb to about 4 - but you actually know when it is starting to climb even without testing: it takes a much longer time to filter, then you know it's time to test and change. Finally, I think I have found my forever filter!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - Sí, recomiendoHappy2Compra verificadaReviewed 1 year ago
THANK YOU ZEROWATER!!!
I switched to Zerowater about 7 years ago, and it's one of my better decisions. I have significant level of different sediments (229+ TDS) in my water, and the Zerowater filter makes my water "0" TDS. My drinking water is clear and tastes perfect.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - Tim SCompra verificadaReviewed 1 year ago
Filters stop working requiring constant squeezing
The filters continue to stop filtering water after only a couple days of use. I have to constantly squeeze and shake them to get them to work again. I sent a support email about this almost a week ago and no response, just a request to provide a review.Reply from Culligan1 year agoWe certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Saludos,ZeroWater Team0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - Sí, recomiendoKENNETHCompra verificadaReviewed 1 year agoValor De 5Cumple mis expectativasDe 5Calidad De 5

Product quality has declined quite a bit
We have used zero water filters for over 10 years and swore by them, recently we noticed that the filter quality has declined by approximately 30%, filters used to have a plastic lid that protected the filter and this was replaced with a cheap foil cover. Coupled with the price increase has us looking for a different filter vender. We will be changing as soon as we find a suitable replacementReply from Culligan1 year agoThank you for submitting your feedback, your comments will be shared with the appropriate parties.
