To measure girth: You'll need a strip of paper and a ruler. Wrap the strip of paper around the widest part of your erection, and mark where it overlaps. Measure that length on the strip of paper with a regular ruler to get your girth measurement. This size is MyONE FitCode 60K: Extra Wide (Code 60), Length 8" (Code K).
