10/10 do not recommend😭
Within 45 minutes of taking it, I was knocked out. I don’t know what they put in this, but it worked a little too well lol. Slept from 6pm to 6am!!!

Best OTC sleep aid
The sleep aid helps me fall asleep immediately and maintain sleep through the night. I feel rested and refreshed in the morning.

Was having issues with Sleep3 so I've stopped it
I am a senior gal on SS with a Medicare Advantage plan that has an OTC monthly benefit that I fill through Medline. It was this past April that I first bought a package of Sleep3. So around mid-April 2025 I took my first dose to help with sleep. Up to that point I had been taking Melatonin 5mg and thought Sleep3 would be an improvement. I stopped taking Sleep3 on October 14, 2025 after some six months of taking it every night. For several months I had been noticing a pungent urine odor that I described to my PCP as strong, consistent and rather savory - that I just could not ID what it smelled like. He said probably a supplement I was taking and mentioned B vitamins. I stopped my senior multivitamin immediately but the strong urine smell didn't stop! I was concerned since I have had stage 3a kidney disease. Recently, I was having issues with headaches that come on right before I get up and nausea. Also recently, I had started removing the Sleep3 tablets, 7 at a time, from the foil wrapping to put in my 7-day pill case. THAT WAS WHEN I NOTICED A WEIRD SMELL FROM THE TABLETS! It was a lightbulb moment and I started researching the ingredients ... particularly L-Theanine and Valerian root. I found an online forum with people talking about how Sleep3 tablets smell like poop or dirty feet and mentioning other concerning issues. I didn't stop the Sleep3 until a week or two later still thinking "it couldn't be the Sleep3 could it." Well, one day after stopping, I could still smell a hint of the weird savory pungent odor in my urine. Then it was 2 days later and essentially it was GONE!! Oh man I thought, my PCP was right!!! He didn't know I was taking Sleep3 but knew I was taking Melatonin.

Sleep 3 very helpful to me.
Sorry to hear that the Dunmore,Pa. store won’t be carrying the 30 pack of Sleep 3 anymore. I had to resort to another store to get it.

This is one of the fastest melatonin brands that I've used in a while. I work two jobs and still find myself struggling to fall asleep by the time I get home. This I take and I'm out quickly. The sleep you get is amazing and you wake up feeling amazing

Nope!!!!
I took this the first night at 9:15 pm as I usually go to bed at 10pm. I relaxed in bed with a book. Fell asleep a little before midnight and wide awake at 3 am. Second night took at 8:30 pm and asleep around 11 pm and awake before 3 am. The directions on the box indicate take 30 minutes before bedtime. This stuff is a joke!!!!!

Beneficial when sound sleep is elusive.
This product works very well for me. I would recommend it for anyone who suffers from insomnia because it definitely helps me when I have this problem.
