Spiral stays on either side of the knee joint provide additional targeted support whilst the silicone patella cushion reduces impact and vibration on knee, supporting and protecting the patella. Premium quality silicone patella cushion reduces impact and vibration on knee joint, protecting the patella. Metal spiral stays running down either side of the knee support provide targeted yet flexible support, resulting in a moderate to firm support level.
