Gel contains: Polysiloxanes, Silicon Dioxide

Sheets application and care1. Wash and dry hands and scar area. Do NOT use a soap that contains moisturizers, lotions, or oils.2. Remove ScarAway Sheet from its package.3. If necessary, sheet may be cut to fit smaller scars prior to removing from liner. Wear side-by-side for larger scars. (Sheet should extend beyond the scar on all sides by at least 1/2 inch (1cm) to facilitate adherence to the skin.)
  • 4. Peel off the protective liner from adhesive side of sheet.5. Apply sheet with adhesive side directly on the scar. Press ScarAway sheet firmly onto scar area beginning at the center of the sheet and working toward each side.6. Keep sheet in place for a minimum of 12 hours for the first day.
  • You may gradually increase application to as much as 23 hours a day. For best results: Alternate Scar Sheet with Scar Gel every 12 hours.7. Wash the scar area and both sides of the ScarAway Sheet with a plain, basic soap and warm water daily.
  • Vigorously rub the silicone side with thumbs, working in a circular motion out toward the edges. Remember to use a moisturizer-free soap. Rinse ScarAway Sheet thoroughly to remove all traces or soap. Allow sheet to air dry while bathing or showering before reapplying.
  • If needed, alternate with a new sheet during washing and drying process.8. After 7-10 days, discard ScarAway Sheet and apply a new one following the above instructions.
  • Important: Washing the ScarAway Sheet between wear actually helps to restore the adhesive quality without affecting the silicone by removing residue accumulated from clothing and the body (e.g. oils, skin cells, & debris).
  • Do not use any lotions, creams, oils, or make up under the ScarAway Sheet, as they may interfere with the performance of the product and/or cause skin irritation.Note: Medical tape or a cohesive wrap may be used to aid in securing the ScarAway Sheet to your skin.
  • This is especially recommended for joint and mobile areas or while sleeping. If you ScarAway Sheet requires an additional means of adhesion to stay securely in place, this does not mean the Sheet is any less effetive.
  • Gel application and careImportant: Apply ScarAway Gel as directed when not wearing your ScarAway Sheet. Do not use both of these together. Once dry, ScarAway 100% Medical-Grade Silicone Scar Gel can be covered with cosmetics or sunscreen.
  • Recommended curation of treatment is 60-90 days.1. Ensure the scar area is clean and dry2. Twice daily, apply a very thin coat of ScarAway Gel with finger directly on the scar area and allow to dry.
  • Note: If ScarAway has not dried within 4-5 minutes, you may have used too much, Gently remove the excess and allow the drying process to continue.3. For best results: Alternate Scar Sheet with Scar Gel every 12 hours.
  • 4. Once dry, ScarAway can be covered with pressure garmets, sunscreen, or cosmetics.

  • CHOKING HAZARD: Sheets may present a choking hazard to choldren under the age of 3 and pets.
  • Keep out of reach of children.Gel may stain clothing if not completely dry.
  • As with any topical material applied directly to the skin's surface, some type of reaction (typically a sweat rash) is possible. In the unlikely event you have a reaction, stop using ScarAway.
  • After your skin as returned to normal, you may reapply ScarAway for short periods and gradually increase the wearing time until a comfortable maximum has been reached. If you continue to have a problem, discontinue use and consult you physician.
  • Keep away from excessive heat.
