With twice daily brushing, it is proven to relieve sensitivity pain, help to gently whiten teeth, fight cavities and gingivitis, and help remove plaque and bacteria to help reduce swollen, bleeding gums. Our anticavity toothpaste also helps to improve the health of your gums. Directions for use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply at least a one-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute twice a day (morning and evening) and not more than three times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor.
