Good for diabetic- no or low in sugar
Personally, this helps me have a little bit of extra jolt of energy in the mornings as I'm not a morning person. Does not influence or impact blood sugar reading, which is a plus for someone who is a diabetic.

This is a product for all
This product is very effective and the taste is good. This vitamin is a high quality and wonderful product. It's nice that you get a couple months at a time. The amount you pay for this product is average. I love the large lid easy for opening.

That’s a no for me
I've taken this 3 times and puked all 3 times i kept thinking it had to be something else but it's this vitamin. Make sure you are going to be home when you take this i took it before going to work my window wouldn't roll down on my truck fast enough i puked all down my door and window while trying to shove my head out and stop my truck lol it was bad

Works On The Things We Can't See
It makes my family feel better to take supplements. We can't see what is happening but we know we are doing everything we can to keep ourselves healthy. They are easy to swallow. They have no after taste. The price is great compared to other similar brands. It is a keeper.
