    You’ll get your daily vitamins

    I feel these vitamins are fine for the price range. Not extremely expensive and still have plenty of vitamins. Taste slightly bad but what vitamin doesn't.

    My daily vitamin

    I've been taking men's one a day for years. I don't know for sure if it actually helps. But I don't have any negative effects from taking them. And I like to believe it fills in any possible gaps in my daily nutrition intake.
