Side Affects - 50+
Purchased the big bottle over 50 type. Upon first dose I felt nauseous and stomach didn't feel well. Have not taken since as to avoid this episode from happening again. Not sure what causes these symptoms but I've seen others with the same reviews. The pill is quite large as well and not the easiest to swallow. I was disappointed to discover this product contains artificial colors and dyes. This includes aluminum and titanium compounds that are listed in the ingredients. Great when you can't take in the daily vitamins yo
These are just what I needed as I don't always eat the vegetables and fruits that I need everyday unfortunately but these do help make up for the vitamins that I don't intake everyday. This is convenient to take when I am not able to. The packaging does feel secure.
