When you need to perform speedy repairs on your eyeglasses, CVS Health Eyeglass Repair Kit has got you covered. Quick eyeglass repair for prescription, reading, safety, and sunglasses. It contains a screwdriver, 2 metric, and American Std. hinge screws, magnifier, case, and screw starter. This kit is easy to use, saving you time and the cost of eyewear repairs. It works on multiple types of eyewear frames for added convenience.

Instructions: Most frames made in the U.S.A. require 5 or 7 barrel hinge screws. Most imported frames use 1.4 mm or 1.6 mm metric hinge screws. There is 1 of each in the screwdriver handle.
  • Gently twist magnifier onto handle. Select a screw that appears to be the correct size. Insert screwdriver tip into screw starter and hinge screw into other end as shown.
  • Make sure the leaves of the hinge are properly engaged. Insert screw and tighten. DO NOT FORCE. If the screw does not tighten easily, then try a different screw. Forcing an incorrect size screw may damage hinge threads.
  • If the enclose hinge screws do not fit glasses, see your local optician. They will provide you with an extra screw which you can store in the screwdriver handle.

Same-Day Delivery is available in as little as 3 hours for retail orders with an eligible address. Minimum order total required for Same-Day Delivery. Same-Day qualified orders must be placed at least 4 hours before 8 PM or store closing time, whichever is earlier. Select stores may have extended hours (including 24 hour delivery). Some orders may not be eligible for Same-Day Delivery due to delivery address, holidays, weather or other delivery constraints. Customers are not required to be present for deliveries. Delivery window is only an estimate and may be subject to delays. Delivery is not available in all locations, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Delivery payment details

  • Your order must weigh 50 pounds or less. Orders weighing over 50 pounds will accrue a surcharge for each additional pound.

They cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses.
