To use e.l.f. 16hr Camo Concealer in Rich Cocoa, prep the under-eye area using e.l.f.'s Poreless Putty Primer on top. Use the doe foot applicator to apply the concealer to desired areas. Blend the concealer using the Flawless Concealer Brush by stippling areas that need heavier coverage and buffing out the remainder.
