The nurse who assisted me with my work required TB test was WONDERFUL! My nurse/ practioner learned I too work in healthcare, we had a very professional yet friendly conversation regarding work as she administered my test. I was seen promptly and she was very efficient, I was in & out in less than 15 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was above and beyond. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and I was seen in a timely manner. The customer service was top tier!

It was all very smooth. No long delays, nice efficient, informative personnel.

The dr. was friendly, listened to my symptoms, performed a strep test, and sent a rx to my pharmacy right away.

I always get a fast appointment same day or same week and always great care. Always go above and beyond to answer all questions and make patients feel cared about and understood.

Despite me registering from my phone0 that I was there for my appointment, the Nurse had a difficult time finding me in the schedule. There should be some alerting process for the nurse that quickly identifies who is checked in and waiting.

My wait time was short at this location and the doctor was absolutely amazing. I am so grateful for her knowledgeable care when I was down and out. Unfortunately I had a rough experience at the first minute clinic I went to. I came I. Without an appointment after the website said walk ins were accepted. I drove 30 mins, checked in to the kiosk and it said there was a 45 min wait. 15 mins later the doc came out and said that wasn't accurate. That the wait was 4-5 hours. She was short with me, but recommended I drive another 15 mins to an another minute clinic. She wrote down the address for me, which surprised me because she was pretty rude when I questioned why the kiosk said it was a 45 min wait vs her saying 4-5 hours. I was super sick and didn't appreciate the runaround. She booked me an appointment at the other clinic - and my husband drove me there. Ultimately it seems something is wrong with your system. Thankfully your doctor at the new location was very good to me and helped me. I now know to only use your clinics if I can make an actual appointment. I won't try to walk in as your website suggests ever again.
