Making the appointment was easy and I got right in.
I felt very comfortable with the provider, she was very professional, thorough and explained everything she was doing and included me in the treatment plan.
The location is easy to access, the store was comfortable and the Pharmacy staff was quick and made me feel at ease.

Quick, easy and professional
Easy to schedule, arrive, be seen quickly for acute issue.
The nurse/medical professional was extraordinarily rude. From the start she was huffing, puffing, and seemed bothered that I was there. I described my symptoms and she said, "I can't help you beyond testing you for X or Y. So you need to pick." Again I asked if she could at least examine me and give me her advice on the best route, and she emphasized, "if you want care like that, you need to go to a PCP. So, which test am I running? You need to decide now." I was still charged even though no services were done. I'm going a larger complaint with her manager and MinuteClinic as a whole.
