Providerript was sent to wrong pharmacy

Prompt attention, thorough evalutation

My apppointment is 11:30 and i arrived at the clinic at 11:10 theres no line or whatsoever i got checked in into kiosk right away and i got called in finally at 11:55 whats the hold up? What is the reason to utilized the appointment booking online? If i still gonna wait that long.

Service was excellent. The practitioner was very helpful and easy to discuss my health concerns with. She also followed up with a message letting me know my results.

Just good, nothing overwhelmingly nice (normal) but it was just good.

Very thorough NP. She was able to remove all ear wax buildup. She was very professional.

first off the doctor or practitioner that saw me was also sick , which I thought was unprofessional. She had a mask on, but was not wearing it when she examined me. The entire exam took all of five minutes if not less, I expressed my concerns that I felt so had a sinus infection, she insisted that I didn't have one even though she barely checked me. She told me to just use over-the-counter medication for my allergies and my sinus congestion, which I've been doing which I told her had not been working, and she basically said that there was nothing she could do. I asked her if I could get an antibiotic because I really felt like I had a sinus infection. She told me no, and then she went on to describe the side effects of anabiotic which are diarrhea and things like that which I don't know what that had to do with anything I feel like she wasn't listening to me as a patient. I felt like she shouldn't have been there to begin with herself being sick. She even went on to say she'd been sick for two weeks and it was still ongoing. I don't believe you should have any practitioner or any type of medical professional there seeing people if they're currently sick I felt like she just wanted to get people in and out as quickly as possible. I don't believe I received the care that I went in for and I probably will never use MinuteClinic again.

NP was rude, dismissive and often spoke down to me.
