Both the provider and the nurse were professional and addressed my concerns. It was easy to make my appt and there was availability quickly for me.
So the nurse and the doctor are nice ladies. I went in for a UTI and was asked to take a urine analysis and the bathroom was closed so she wanted me to go all the way to LabCorp and spend more money to have a urinalysis. She also said she wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics because she didn't want me to develop a resistance to antibiotics. But the last time I had antibiotics was in April for an eye infection.. I left their feeling like I accomplished nothing and I spent money and then I had to go spend more money at LabCorp to get the urinalysis. I will not be back to CVS Health for the MinuteClinic.
I went in for a hand injury, my hand was never looked at, but I'm still being charged because my vitals were taken, so I'm being charged 164$ for something I can do myself. The amount is not given on the website, so I never agreed to that amount yet I'm still being charged. Kinda shady business practice, I expected more from CVS apparently I was wrong!! The person who saw me said it would be a nonpayment but I'm still being charged apparently she's a liar
The Provider was exceptional. On my first visit I left my phone in her office and came to the car park, found me and returned it. That was truly remarkable customer service which is rear these days. I really appreciate her and her service.

The lady who attended to me was pleasant and she gave me some education with regards what i was being attended to.
The staff were very friendly, kind and professional. They were very busy yet we did not feel rushed at all. Their care was excellent.
Personnel allowed my friend to come in with me as I am not a fan of being poked, prodded or even knicked (smiling). She was knowledgeable of her job and even told me that my insurance did not cover my TB test.
I was a walk-in and they were fully booked with people who had previously made appointments. Despite that, they were able to work me in in a fairly short period of time. Grateful.
