Loved the provider and the care we received. The facility is a dump, no working bathrooms and no air conditioning.
Providera was very nice and very patient with us
Wait queue was a complete mystery and there seemed to be others jumping the line. Ultimately, the practitioner didn't really offer much help.

The La Jolla Village Clinic was clean and the Dr was great. She was on time knowledgeable and helpful. I was on the waitlist in Bernado Center. And the gentleman was kind and helpful the lady Dr was rude and not helpful it smelled in there like dogs had been in there
The Provider was terrific! Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable and pleasant. She respected me and didn't rush things. She really made me feel like she cared about me and my health. I will definitely try to see her again for any future visits.
The ease of booking an appointment is great. Sometimes it takes a little longer to see your primary so this is fantastic to have. I have utilized this service twice now. So much better than having to go to an urgent care.
