I had an appointment at 3:20 and left at 5:00. I missed a vet appointment and had to reschedule Yes the NP treated my symptoms however I could have been seen quicker at my primary doctor. I made an appointment at the minute clinic because in the past it has been on time and efficient - not anymore. This was not a good experience
Add more minute clinics in the region
I gave a 8 because we initially made an appointment when we arrived and it was set for 10:20 but didn't get seen until almost 12. It would be a better experience if we understood the waiting time and why people were called out of queue.
waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. then took another 30 minutes to get the medication.
I had an appointment at 12:30. I wasn't seen until 1:15. The doctor had to miss lunch to see me. Odd experience, understaffed and no time for walk ins
Though I had made an appointment, I still ended up waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then the computer was slow and glitchy so the nurse was forced to reinput the information numerous times. She was friendly and professional (definitely the highlight of my visit).

It was the 90 minute clinic. We spent the majority of the time filling out paperwork because you had adopted a new system. We had to repeat the same information to two different people. I have brought my mother in previously for ear irrigation, and a water floss was used to effectively dislodge large amounts of wax buildup, which impact her ability to use her hearing aids. That's what I expected this time instead warm water was put in a squeeze bottle and the procedure lasted less than five minutes. My 87-year-old mother was then instructed to leave her hearing aids out for two days while her ears dried.
