Good service, quick online check in, short wait. But $82 is too expensive for a sports physical
Easy and quick! Doctor was great! Will definitely go back.
I selected i was there for possible bronchitis. The nurse practitioner, without doing an exam, started on about how its her lunch break in 20min and she doesnt have time to run a covid or influenza test. When I tried to convey my concerns i was often interrupted about her remaining time. Still without an exam, she asked what I wanted her to do and I asked for medications for bronchitis or possible pneumonia. She interrupted again saying antibiotics aren't necessary (I asked for a steroid and a different kind of inhaler because my albuterol inhaler wasn't working to help me breathe). Only then did she listen to my breathing with the stethoscope and started to prescribe a coughing pearle. I tried to explain again that the cough is dry and I can't breathe. I don't feel like she was listening to me and was making assumptions from before I even sat down in the room. I booked the appointment in the app, filled out everything and submitted photos of my insurance card. She proceeded to tell me at the beginning of the appointment before talking about anything else that I need to pay cash because my insurance isnt active. I told her I get my medications at cvs and it goes through my insurance. I opened my insurance app and showed her that I am currently active. She didn't seem to care other than getting me to pay cash before she would even start. I had to get a second opinion to be correctly diagnosed and given the right medications.
Our appointment was for 3:30. We arrived at 3:20 in advance of the appointment. While in the waiting room, other visitors shared their appointment was at 4 pm. Somehow our name was skipped and the visitors with the 4 pm appointment was seen at 3:40. Then around 4:05, they called back the next patient before i said something. Had to rearrange errands we had planned for afterwards because our appointment wasn't honored. I know things can run behind schedule and there can be delays. However this was not the case for us. Something happened where we were skipped over and even people who checked in after us with no appointment were being called back ahead of us.
The provider did not stamp the physical paperwork as required and the school will not accept the form.
Because there's only one person there, there would be much help to see an indication of what status was. Simple things like running behind fifteen minutes or on break or something?Because you sit there and not even sure if a person is in there working...
The nurse practitioner was very well qualified, very knowledgeable and patient but thoroughly overworked. I noticed that although the Clinic was to close at 1:30pm, I had a 12:50 appt and when I left at around 2:00 there were still 3 people waiting to be seen. Seems overwhelming….
Clean and quick response and can shopping after.
Made an appointment and checked in two minutes late. We were actually in the Park lot, but didn't hit the button until inside. I made the appointment because I had a small window to be seen. I guess a new policy is now in place where if you are late you get bumped. NOWHERE was this indicated when I checked in. You should add this to the app when making an appointment and at check in. post it. Somewhere! Otherwise it should just all be walk in. If I am just walking in, then I am EXPECTING to wait, not if I make an appointment. Also, when I booked it in the app and uploaded my insurance info. It said "good news" we take you insurance. You only take the PPO. Do better! I had the $ to pay, but others don't. I am a nurse for 30 years. Pretty bad policy. And, why do you call it the Minute Clinic? When they are perpetually behind? My nurse practitioner was excellent, how ever.
