They didnt take Providerp so that was a pain but otherwise the NP was great

Hire more employees. You literally had one working both times I was there. She slayed it. But it looks so unprofessional on YOUR end for having lack of employees. What if a fight broke out? Arguments? Is she suppose to handle that all by herself??

Your website makes it seem like walk-ins are welcome but they actually are not. I had an appointment at 10:30am, however I double booked another appointment so I showed up at 9am when the clinic opened to see if we could wait to be seen. No one was there until 9:20 and then we were told that we may not be seen before 10:30. I questioned the walk ins welcomed and the dr stated she was going to be blocking out walk ins because she had no back up. I dont fault her but I waited an hour & half all because your site states walk ins are welcome. The dr said she can almost never see walk ins and she even turned people away after seeing us. You guys should fix that on your site for the future.

I had to wait for about 20 minutes after checking in even though there was no one ahead of me. The provider claimed she was calling for me but that was untrue since I was sitting in the waiting area and even knocked on her door as was suggested by member of the pharmacy team. As a result of this I was late picking my children up from school.

The doctor was very understanding of my circumstances and beyond helpful!

I was more disappointed with the wait time than the service itself. I made an appointment for 11 am and it still took almost 40 mins to be seen.

The physician assistant (the Provider,NP) was very kind, thorough and efficient. She even sent my prescription to the CVS pharmacy before we were done, so it could be filled before their lunch break, keeping me from having to return later in the day to pick it up. Please compliment and thank her for me. I loved being able to make a same day appointment and then getting right in without a wait when I arrived. I would definitely use the minute clinic again.

So convenient and not a long wait for walk in.
