Friendly and respectful doctors! First visit was amazing and fast with ease of check in and low wait time. Second visit went just as good. Low wait time. I was late for my appointment due to traffic, but was able to still be seen shortly after check in. I wasn't given attitude with my unpreventable tardiness, doc still treated me with respect and friendly.
Easy to get a same day appointment and testing. Clean and spacious waiting area and nice to pick up over the counter meds right after

As a 67 year old male I feel I know what treatment and medicine works on my body. I came in with acute lower back pain which I explained to your medical person.I felt she was condescending and not listening to my concerns.She wasn't interested in what I had to say and she made it clear she would not prescribe what I have used from other health care workers including a CVS minute clinic at another location. I ended our conversation without being treated for which I made this appointment.On another note when I filled out my pre registration on line I was unable to continue without answering a few mental health questions. This is not what I was seeking treatment for. I believe after working on the Chicago fire dept for 35 years and seeing hundreds of medical cases I know what's best for my body. I will no longer use your services and I expect not to receive a bill for no service.
