It as a Friday afternoon and only one person was on staff. I believe we were taken before another gentleman that had an appt before us but didnt realize until after we were taken. We had 3 appts in a row for camp physicals. The physician seemed new, overwhelmed and not really sure. Each exam was different. Two of the exams were for twins and instead of asking the physician merged their accounts. This proved to be problematic. All in all three exams took 90 minutes instead of 60. The woman was kind but it was just not what we expected. We expected in and out.
Attentive, knowledgeable, caring BUT the music playing in the sore was loud and annoying
Horrible experience. She was running close to an hour late on apts and when we met with her it was obvious why. She honestly came off pretty clueless, asking me the same questions multiple times, apt lasted close to an hour bc she took forevvvvvwr going through different things on the screen. She called a doctor and then was about to prescribe meds for my daughter's wound without the doctor even seeing it! She then couldn't find a he meds on the computer, originally said my daughter couldn't have one med based on what the doctor said and then when she couldn't find the pill version of what she was looking for she changed back to the other medication she said she couldn't have! She also had to call the pharmacist and have him walk her through dosage, how to submit/navigate the system. Let's just say I did NOT pick up the script for my daughter and wasted over two hours of our time. I had to ask her to check medication interactions as well. She was prescribing her something for MRSA when again - the dr didn't even see the wound. I brought my daughter to her regular doctor the next day and she was prescribed something totally different. They also took a culture of the wound and said they would not prescribe something that treats mrsa unless it's confirmed that's what she has. Horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. Dr has no knowledge of anything and wrote something in my sons chart that was innaccurate and now I have to get it removed. I will be filing a formal complaint. Nightmare experience

Fortunately, I did not have to wait terribly long to be seen. I felt quite confident with my treatment.

I was impressed and health provider was very professional. I felt better the next day. I had a difficult time signing up for an appointment on line; I am old. Went to clinic and had to wait about thirty minutes(not a complaint) and could not find the PERIOD on the screen. I had to ask for help. Still an A rating. Thank you.
