I would never recommend this service to anyone. First, the women PA who by the way is not even listed on your provider page, did NOT listen to what I was telling her.... this was and is not a standard sinus infection caused by a virus, which she kept telling me most sinus issues are caused by viruses... this is an allergy issue that happens EVERY YEAR AT THE SAME TIME, causes sinus issues and then causes the infection which then needs an antibiotic and steroid to get it under control. Completely disregarded my comments. Asked her to review my chart of prescriptions which was on file and she had access to, continued to disregard my concerns. I am not a child, I am 60 years old and have had this exact same issue for more than 10 years always in April /May. When telling her about how I get an antibiotic each year and prednisone to take care of this she told me there is no scientific proof this is effective... REALLY, I have a BS in public and community health, concentration in epidemiology . Prednisone does have established clinical use for reducing inflammation in severe sinus and allergy-related conditions, particularly when significant nasal or sinus swelling is contributing to congestion, pressure, or impaired drainage. While it is not considered first-line treatment for routine seasonal allergies, corticosteroids are commonly used short-term to reduce acute inflammatory symptoms, with effects often beginning within hours and noticeable improvement within 12-24 hours. Prednisone treats inflammation rather than the underlying infection or allergen trigger, so stating it has "no scientific evidence" for sinus or allergy-related inflammatory symptoms is not an accurate characterization of its clinical role and should not be told to a patient that has used this for years by a doctor in the spring when this occurs, Futher, In patients with autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto's, where immune-mediated inflammation can be a contributing factor, short-term corticosteroid therapy may also help calm an acute inflammatory response. She told me to use nasal spray.... of course I had already tried that... that fact was ignored. Then she did prescribed me an antibiotic... which was Amoxicilin, which does not work for me, and that was told to her to check which one was prescribed in the past... ignored. What I should have done is gotten up and walked out ... because it was clear, she was not listening, no respect, no concern for the patient. SO to top this off, she told me the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, so I waited and waited, and then after 30 minutes, I went to the service desk at the pharmacy and they told me the computers were down for the past two days and most likely it did not come through... NOW KNOWING YOUR COMPUTERS HAVE NOT TRANSMITTED PRESCRIPTIONS FOR TWO DAYS, wouldn't you check and make sure they went through... it is literally about 20 steps away and there was no one there waiting after me..... Top this off, the lady told me at the service desk she would go check in a minute, I left because I had to get back to work, and 2 hours went by with no text, I had to CALL AGAIN, leave a message and the service lady returned my call an hour later to say, I guess the computers are still down, so I will go check... my prescription that was suppose to be ready at 11 did not get done until 4pm. I live 23 minutes away and had to make another trip. Top all of this off, when I read my chart review - it was documented as a NOSE COMPLAINT. Seriously, there you go.... show not listening what so ever... HORRIBLE SERVICE . I now am in the process of getting an appointment with my primary to get the help that I needed yesterday...

Nurse practitioner was very thorough. Explained everything and summarized at the end of the visit. She gave me a Covid test, took vitals, looked in each ear, down throat, nasal passages. Made recommendations as to which meds to use. Overall very satisfied with her.

I went there for a recent UTI infection, unfortunately the medicine that was prescribed didn't work, so I went back to get a different medicine and again unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working. Going to my health care provider. The nurse was fine both times, it's just need some other kind of medication

Easy to schedule appointment. Very nice to do blood work during the same appointment and not have to make a separate trip.

Still sick … going back tomorrow… Out of work for 4 days now …,

The nurse was efficient and pleasant and did a great job explaining the situation for me. I would have given her a 10 had she said "if you aren't feeling fully better by X amount of days, this is the course your should follow". I am now a week and a half beyond the day she had given me antibiotics for an ear infection. I still feel it is infected based on symptoms having not left. Can I go back for a recheck? Would I have to pay to do so? Should I see someone else? I don't know what to do.

I think the nurse practicioner (the Provider) was excellent and very thourough. She demonstrated professionalism and caring.

No wait time, great experience with the practitioner. She was kind and thorough.
