Professional. Knowledgeable practitioner. Great bedside manner.
The care I experienced was wonderful. However I had made an appointment and had to wait almost 30 minutes because they accept walk ins. What is the point of an appointment????? Appointments should be handled on time
It was easy to go online to get an appointment. I was seen on time and the NP was courteous and professional. She asked pertinent questions and gave me a prescription to treat my problem.
Way too many reminders/updates for visit and too many tech q's

In general - the convenience of Minute Clinic can't be beat. However - the biggest issue that I experience, and it has happened after almost every visit I have ever had, is: The Provider forbid you have a question, or have to return a phone call from the Clinician. There is no way to reach the PA or the NP at the Minute Clinic. The 800 number goes no where. The voice prompts at the 800 number do not recognize a typed or spoken command. I missed a call on Sunday morning with blood test results, was told to call back to an 800 number. I tried 4 times and every time was put in to a loop because neither my voice response or typed response were captured. I then tried to call the Store back directly, and when I stated I was returning a call from the MC provider, I was directed back to the same voice response system that didn't recognize me previously. After 2 days, the MC provider called me again, and told me I needed to make an appointment. Ridiculous. Now I have a $200 bill for a 15 minute visit to tell me the result. It seems the only acceptable action is to spend for a visit, or, go to the CVS app - which is not user friendly at all.
