This was the slowest minute clinic I have ever been to. Somehow my appointment lasted well over an hour -- a good chunk of it was spent with my doctor typing at her screen, not talking to me. No sense of urgency. Results for the test I did came back blank/with no results. extremely frustrating experience.
Everything about the experience was perfect, from scheduling to on time visit to the professionalism of the nurse practitioner who administered the shot
The doctor I saw was brilliant, so professional, caring, supportive, helpful, I could not praise her enough. It was actually a joy to meet her. What a great service, so quick and efficient. Highly recommend and I'm talking about it lots back in the uk as we have a lot to learn from your service. Best

the NP in training was rather insensitive and rough in conducting an examination and attempting to draw blood. i would not want to be seen here again
was able to book a walk in appointment, was respected and cared for, appropriate tests conducted, immediate availability of prescription, reasonable co-pay/price

Slow to be seen even with an appointment, absolutely no sense of urgency on the part of the provider. Took forever once in the room even though I only needed a simple strep test. Provider did not seem to be a real medical certified professional. I told her what to prescribe for me for strep which I found using chat gpt
