Everything was great with my visit to the clinic

The nurse kept saying she was the only one there and that she needed to leave at 6 PM and that there were too many people and that we should reschedule. The computer was broken and we could not sign up nor check-in. I ended doing all on my phone and she vaccinated my teenager unwillingly. did not answer any question about adverse reaction and said that if my daughter felt bad, we should look for a pediatrician because we were not paying for a sick visit. We felt rushed and unwelcome. Will avoid coming back.

The provider was fabulous. She was clearly overbooked, though. The wait times were ridiculous and two of us had appointments for the same time.

Excellent service

I realized I should get a COVID test, went online and found I could get it at CVS, and got it done in an afternoon.

Generally am satisfied if wasn’t for CVS I would have waited for long to be seen my own doctor 🙏

CVS pharmacy was closed but noone told me beforehand. I was only for a day in Washington so I could not pick up my prescription. The doctor sent me another CVS pharmacy 2 miles away which I then found also to be closed

I appreciate how thorough my provider was and that she provided detailed explanations. I also appreciate being able to schedule my appointment on a short notice.

After the retirement of my primary care physician, and not being able to find and schedule a wellness exam with a new PCP after many attempts, I was finally able to have that exam at cvs. Because of my age and my living condition, I was beginning to be concerned about my overall health. I was finally able to get an appointment at the cvs minute clinic located at 1275 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC. The provider took great care during the wellness exam process, making me feel comfortable, and, patiently answering my questions and listening to my concerns. I am both extremely grateful to him and relieved of being stressed about this issue for now.

I was disappointed that the clinic wasn't properly stocked for a throat culture which was disappointing since strep throat is an option on your booking page. This was in no way the fault of the provider. I ended up having to go to a different urgent care to get the care I needed.
