Appointment was at 4PM. I was seen at 4:40 PM despite the doctor skipping her break. Stop short-staffing.
I had a positive experience with the minute clinic itself. But I've always been uncomfortable with stores like CVC, that use loss prevention/security as they tend to be trained to racially profile guests all whilst sharing the complexion of those who they racially profile. I would love to see the minute clinic in an independent office.
Fast high quality service. Routine TB test and pneumonia vaccination
My experience was very good. The practitioner was very professional and I finished my visit satisfied.
The App purported to provide a way to schedule an appointment but was dysfunctional. When is suggested to select a location, there was no list or dropped out menu of locations. I had to go in person to schedule an appointment, and even then the healthcare provider had to assist all of us would-be patients to use the poorly programmed console. Needless to say, having to make two trips to the MinuteClinic when one is sick is far from ideal.
Delay in being seen by the provider
My experience at the clinic was great. Using the website to make the reservation on a phone was a challenge. It may have been easier using the CVS app, I don't know.
My husband and I went to the clinic for covid shots. The nurse who took care of us was was particularly good in administering the shots and friendly, too. If we could choose our nurse in the future, she would be the one ... and we have been to multiple CVS' a multiple of times.
The wait was almost an hour longer than the scheduled.
