As soon as she started speaking with me, I could tell she had extensive experience and genuine compassion. She took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my child with great respect and gentleness. She discussed everything to our 3 kids in an age appropriate way for each one, talking them out of their nervousness. She clearly has amazing experience and is one of the best healthcare providers we've seen. I hope CVS recognizes what a gem they have in her.
