The provider was inquisitive, thoughtful, and helpful.
Providerlvie[...], the nurse who helped me yesterday (May 24) at the Minute Clinic, was gracious, polite, kind, and knowledgeable. She expertly explained the medication she prescribed. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I scheduled a biometric screening through my health insurance's rewards program. The health care provider did not know how to perform some of the tests and had to call her supervisor. Then after the supervisor helped her identify the equipment needed, the provider was not able to get one of the machines to work so had me reschedule for another time with someone else.
The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. She was so good, I wish that she was my PCP. I accidentally made the appointment at this location -thinking I was making my appointment at a different CVS, and even though the location was not convenient and the parking was terrible, the experience with this N.P. was so good, I would go out of my way to see her again.
On time, friendly and competent NP. She's very smart and trustworthy.
My provider was caring, knowledgeable and professional. She listened intently to my questions and answered any concerns.
The wait time was long and the nurse seeing us seemed overwhelmed. She was patient but did not provide much detail. We also did not receive a report from our visit.

Made an appointment, still waited for over an hour. Extremely difficult to check in on the phone and update insurance, flows are not well built and very frustrating. Everything takes forever.
